These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Advora's website, mobile app, and services (the "Services"). By creating an Advora account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. The Service
Advora provides AI-powered tools to generate ad creatives, launch and optimize campaigns across third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok), fund an advertising wallet, and monitor performance.
3. Wallet & Ad Spend
- You fund an in-app wallet via supported providers (e.g. Paystack, Flutterwave).
- Ad spend is deducted from your wallet balance in real time as campaigns run.
- Wallet balances are non-refundable except where required by law, but unused balance remains available for future campaigns.
- Third-party ad platforms set their own fees, taxes and rules.
4. Connected Ad Accounts
By connecting Meta, Google, TikTok or similar accounts, you authorize Advora to access, manage and optimize campaigns on your behalf. You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's advertising policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Run ads that violate the policies of any connected ad platform.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Services.
- Use Advora to send unsolicited communications or commit fraud.
6. Intellectual Property
Advora and its licensors own the Services, including all software, branding, and content we provide. You retain ownership of the creative briefs, brand assets, and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to deliver the Services.
7. AI-Generated Content
Outputs generated by Advora's AI ("Outputs") are provided to you for use in your campaigns. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs for accuracy, compliance with ad platform policies, and applicable laws before publishing.
8. Fees
Some features may require a paid plan or service fee in addition to ad spend. Fees and plan details are presented in-app prior to purchase.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraud, or abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but any remaining wallet balance may be applied per applicable refund and consumer-protection rules.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Advora does not guarantee specific advertising results, ROAS, or platform-policy approvals.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Advora in service fees in the 12 months preceding the claim (excluding wallet ad spend).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Advora's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
