Delete your Advora account

We're sorry to see you go. You can permanently delete your Advora account and associated data in two ways — directly from the mobile app, or by submitting the request form below.

From the Advora app (recommended)

  1. Open the Advora app on your Android device.
  2. Tap your profile icon to open Settings.
  3. Scroll to Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is processed within 7 business days. Some data may be retained briefly to meet legal or financial obligations.

If you can no longer access the app, use the form on this page. Our team will review and process your request within 7 business days and email you a confirmation at support@advora.best.

Account deletion request

Submitting opens your email client to send a request to support@advora.best. You'll receive an automated confirmation reply, and full deletion completes within 7 business days.

What gets deleted: your profile, campaign history, creative assets, wallet ledger, connected-account tokens and personal preferences. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained. Wallet balances are forfeited unless required to be refunded by law.
